One thing that really impressed us during our stay at Wanda was the exceptional level of service. We had a small issue with the room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently. They were always attentive and ready to assist with any request. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. We also appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped gym, which allowed us to maintain our workout routine while traveling. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great amenities.

The hotel is conveniently located on top of a shopping center, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. It is also in a pleasant area, making it a nice place to stay. the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the food is of high quality. There are also great facilities, such as a well-equipped gym and a pool.

There were some issues with the parking and the garden area was not yet finished.

The staff was fantastic, especially Kevin the chef and Chris and Jeff the restaurant managers. The breakfast improved greatly after my feedback. The hotel is well located with plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is comfortable.

The breakfast had some tasty choices, especially the fruit was really fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel is good, as it is close to some shops and restaurants in the area. The gym was clean and the equipment was new.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was not great. The room was dirty and there were stains all over the carpet and walls.

Upon arriving at this hotel, I was amazed by the luxurious and exclusive amenities that were provided to me. The spa and wellness centre was outstanding, providing a variety of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was heated and well-maintained. The restaurant was exceptional, serving a variety of scrumptious dishes that tantalized my taste buds.

The only minor issue that I encountered during my stay at the hotel was that the garden area was still being worked on, which made the area a little less aesthetically pleasing. Despite this, though, the hotel staff made every effort to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, and it did not detract from the overall experience at the hotel.
