We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with an excellent location in Pingyao. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging a driver to take us to attractions outside the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, with a delightful Chinese menu to choose from. we highly recommend Water Hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast.

The location of Water Hotel was superb, right at the south end of the main street in Ancient Pingyao. Our room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating, even ordering show tickets and arranging transportation for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Pingyao.

This hotel was the perfect choice for our Easter break. the location was also fantastic, being at the top of one of the main streets which meant we could access the shops and restaurants in seconds. the staff were very friendly too, making us feel so welcome.

We also noticed some staff could be rather intrusive, making us feel like our every move was being monitored. But overall our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Additionally, the hotel provided a personal touch by picking me up and dropping me off at the train station for free. I felt well taken care of during my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered with the exclusive amenities of this hotel. the beautifully designed garden and leisure room were perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. My spacious room had a comfortable bed, large windows, and a luxurious bathroom with heated floors and private facilities. the staff provided excellent service, offering in-room breakfast and packed lunches for my day trips. the restaurant served a delicious mix of local and international cuisine, and the bar/lounge area had an extensive drink menu. the hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs.

The only minor issue was the limited massage options, with only a back massage available. this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the other excellent facilities offered at the venue.
