Spacious, 2-bedroom villa with a charming tea room overlooking courtyard. Traditional Chinese-style beds and scenic canal views. Immaculate, modern bathrooms. Efficient staff quickly resolved a maintenance issue.

Amazing location, good layout, maps provided, decent breakfast, convenient transportation, lovely and cozy room.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Tongxiang, where we were blown away by the exclusive amenities on offer. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with a range of treatments on offer to help us unwind after a long day of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was perfect for a morning swim before heading out. The warm and welcoming staff at the restaurant and bar ensured that we were always well-fed and hydrated, with delicious food and drinks on offer throughout our stay.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was with the outdoor swimming pool, which was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our visit. While we were disappointed not to be able to take a dip in the seasonal outdoor pool, the beautiful garden area more than made up for it.

We spent Christmas in a resort in the west part of Wuzhen which had a great location, being in the middle of the area and close to transportation. The room was cozy and spacious with a lovely bed. The breakfast provided was decent and there were maps available for exploring the area. One of the night managers was especially helpful when my son became sick and even took us to a hospital.

Although we enjoyed our stay, communication was difficult due to the poor level of English spoken by the staff, especially during the check-in process. the rooms were a bit outdated which detracted from the overall experience.
