Our stay at the White Swan Hotel was truly memorable. We enjoyed the exclusive experience of being located on Shamian Island, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The colonial buildings and excellent choices of restaurants nearby added value to our stay. The staff were professional and the service was of a high standard. The Jade River restaurant was a highlight and highly recommended. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast buffet had a spectacular variety, quality, and view. Staff were attentive and polite. Deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The central location was convenient.

Great location near Shamian, lovely spacious room with a beautiful view, pleasant bathroom, superb buffet with fresh seafood and meats, friendly and helpful staff, amazing garden and waterfall.

The hotel had a nice view of the river, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Also, the breakfast had a variety of delicious food options.

The hotel location was quite far from the city, which made it inconvenient to visit other attractions. Additionally, the lobby area was always crowded with tourists taking pictures, which made it feel uncomfortable and chaotic.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a relaxed vacation. It was situated in a beautiful area with stunning views of the river and historic buildings. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the beds were cozy and had a pleasant smell. the staff at the hotel was excellent and provided great service. They were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast included in the room price was a bit expensive. It would have been better if it had been at a more reasonable price.

We had a pleasant journey from the airport, despite the busy traffic, and it only cost us 200 CNY. We also enjoyed the easy access to local dining options near the hotel, and felt safe throughout our stay. the overall experience was enjoyable, with excellent facilities and a lovely setting.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Shamian Island for one night. The modern and comfortable room, with its high-tech features like iPad-controlled aircon and lights, exceeded my expectations. The stunning lobby and beautiful location overlooking the river added to the overall charm. The club lounge access provided a peaceful retreat from the crowds, and the staff there were excellent and spoke English fluently. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep, and the dinner at Tastes of China was absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the fast and efficient check-in and check-out process, as well as the central location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The neighborhood was lovely and the view from my room, especially at night, was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the Club Lounge were super friendly, helpful, and sweet. They recommended great vegetarian restaurants nearby and even made a vegan cake for my husband's birthday. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, with features like aircon and lights controlled by an iPad. The location was great, with a beautiful driveway overlooking the river. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and historical corner of the city. I was sorry that I could only stay for one night.

The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the Pearl River. The hotel's location on Shamian Island was perfect for tourists, with walking distance to the largest seafood market and great restaurants. The lobby area was impressive and the concierge desk was very helpful. it exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to stay here again next time I'm in town.

For the price, the value was unbeatable with a spacious and modern room, Molton Brown amenities, and access to the club lounge with complimentary drinks and food. The location on Shamian Island provided stunning views of the Pearl River and the staff were sincerely attentive and helpful.

The breakfast experience could be improved by adding more vegetarian options to cater to guests with dietary restrictions.
