The excellent service at the Wyndham Grand started before I'd even arrived. The concierge Jack was extremely helpful in organising a car to collect me from Hong Kong airport and deliver me to the hotel following a very long journey. As soon as I arrived, I was informed I had been given a free upgrade to a suite on a higher level floor. The room and the view was simply beautiful. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the added bonus of access to the lounge was particularly useful as I was travelling alone, so I could go and grab a drink and a snack without having to go out and dine alone in a restaurant. The staff were brilliant and very helpful in arranging multiple taxis for various meetings for me too.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to extend my stay and providing excellent service. The room itself was spacious and functional, with a separate dressing room and a comfortable bathtub. I was also pleasantly surprised when the hotel decorated the room for my birthday and even gave me a complimentary cake and fruits. The location, though not the most convenient, still offered good value for money and had plenty of food options nearby. Additionally, the view of the city from the swimming pool was breathtaking.

Great Christmas experience! the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the city lights. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the train station. the staff were friendly and spoke English well.
