I had an incredible time staying at this hotel for my vacation in a vibrant area. The location was fantastic, right next to InTime department store, which made it so convenient for shopping. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had both a bathtub and a shower. The service was top-notch, with the staff being warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to cater to different tastes. I had a fantastic experience in this wonderful establishment near a shopping mall.

The only drawback was the language barrier in the restaurant, as some staff members didn't speak English.

Very spacious rooms with great facilities. Friendly staff and attentive to requests. Rich breakfast with a variety of Asian and Western food. Convenient location, close to shopping and entertainment. Good value for money.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was fabulous. Jennifer on reception was friendly. The Head of Concierge was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to attractions. The rooms are beautifully appointed.

Unforgettable Experience in a Grand Hotel

We spent our Christmas holidays in a hotel in Xi'an and it was a great experience. the hotel had a great location, it was near all the main attractions and the streets were brightly light up during the holidays. the staff was really friendly, they always greeted us with a smile and were very helpful with whatever we needed. the room was spacious and provided us with everything we needed, including free bath salts for a luxurious bath. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the travel agency recommended by the hotel was not very good. We were unhappy with the tour they booked for us and will be writing to them directly to complain about it.

This hotel is truly luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, every need was fulfilled. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the city. the bar and restaurant offered delicious food and drinks with excellent service.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the Spa & wellness centre. Although it had amazing facilities, it was not included in the room package and was quite expensive.
