Had a lovely dinner with a beautiful view, friendly and helpful staffs as usual, delicious meal and great shopping. We used the hotel’s concierge service, very professional and informative. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The venue is truly luxurious and exclusive, offering top-notch amenities such as a wonderful spa, outdoor swimming pool, and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are elegant and the in-room breakfast is delicious.

The service was not always satisfactory and some of the staff seemed indifferent towards us. It created a minor issue that could have been avoided.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a prime location in the city center. The cafe next to it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the palm trees. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a separate living room and a big bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The facilities, like the pool and shopping street, were top-notch.

During my recent business trip, I had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel in Macau. the check, in and check, out process was fast and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my spacious and comfortable room. the bathroom was impressive, with a separate tub and shower, and stocked with plenty of supplies. the hotel's key location was a major advantage, as it was situated in the city center, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of high, end shops and restaurants nearby, offering convenience and variety.

Spent an enjoyable Easter at this hotel. Loved the convenient location – walking distance from all the key restaurants and shops. the view from our room was spectacular. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a relaxing spa experience.

The room service could have been better – it took longer than expected to get our orders delivered. the prices for some amenities such as the mini-bar were a bit steep.
