Excellent front desk staff, especially friendly and helpful Jesse from Taiwan. Big and spacious rooms. Friendly hotel staff at check-in. Clean rooms. Convenient location, walking distance to other casinos.

Nothing to dislike.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to other casinos and tourist spots. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff at the front desk, especially Jesse from Taiwan, were friendly and extremely helpful.

Hard to think of anything negative.

Luxurious rooms at affordable prices. Despite some initial issues with room readiness and odors, the hotel staff quickly resolved the problems. The overall stay was pleasant.

During my recent business trip, I had a wonderful experience staying at a hotel in Macau. the check, in and check, out process was fast and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my spacious and comfortable room. the bathroom was impressive, with a separate tub and shower, and stocked with plenty of supplies. the hotel's key location was a major advantage, as it was situated in the city center, making transportation a breeze. Additionally, there were plenty of high, end shops and restaurants nearby, offering convenience and variety.

Had a lovely dinner with a beautiful view, friendly and helpful staffs as usual, delicious meal and great shopping. We used the hotel’s concierge service, very professional and informative. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The venue is truly luxurious and exclusive, offering top-notch amenities such as a wonderful spa, outdoor swimming pool, and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are elegant and the in-room breakfast is delicious.

The service was not always satisfactory and some of the staff seemed indifferent towards us. It created a minor issue that could have been avoided.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a prime location in the city center. The cafe next to it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the palm trees. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a separate living room and a big bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The facilities, like the pool and shopping street, were top-notch.

The hotel could improve by adding a few more affordable stores instead of only luxury brands.
