The hotel had a great view and amazing facilities. It was conveniently located near a huge shopping center and several small shops and restaurants. the service staff, particularly at the Korean BBQ restaurant, were excellent and provided great support. the breakfast had a good variety of Western and Asian dishes that were delicious.

My non-smoking room was quite unpleasant as it smelled like a smoking station. the staff did not understand or speak fluent English, which made it difficult to communicate any concerns about the room or ordering room service.

Luxurious amenities and friendly service at this beachfront hotel make for a fantastic stay. the swimming pool is large and offers plenty of sun loungers. the executive club's cocktail bar is a highlight, while the well, equipped fitness facilities are an added bonus. In, room breakfast is a must, try, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

While the bathroom amenities were of high quality, they were not replenished every day. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise outstanding stay.

The hotel was located in a peaceful area near the beach, providing a tranquil and relaxing stay. Our non-smoking room was fresh and free of any unpleasant odors. The fitness facilities were top-notch and the swimming pool was spacious. The executive club Happy Hour exceeded our expectations with its delightful mini buffet and cocktail bar. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who made us feel extremely welcome. The executive club staff, particularly Ms. Dong Hongmei, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, although it would have been nice to have some cheese available. Despite some minor hiccups such as occasional replenishment delays and temperature issues with the hot breakfast items, the staff promptly addressed these concerns. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
