The hotel is conveniently located near a night market, making it easy to explore the local area at night. there are areas in the hotel where you can make coffee or instant noodles, which is a nice convenience. The hotel staff, especially those at the front desk, speak decent English, making communication easier for non-Chinese-speaking guests.

The restaurant staff at the Chinese restaurant had very limited English skills, making it difficult to communicate and order food without any misunderstandings.

During our stay at a hotel in Yiwu, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff made sure that our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast selection was also impressive, offering a wide variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences. Additionally, the hotel's location near top restaurants and the night market made it convenient for us to explore the local area. We also appreciated the availability of a shuttle bus to the futian market. The staff were always eager to help and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We especially want to thank Zen Hua for her exceptional housekeeping skills. we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Yiwu.

Clean hotel with good rooms and decent service. Convenient location near Futian market, night market, and Arabic street. Helpful staff who go above and beyond, offering ice for pain relief and preparing portable breakfast for early departures. English-speaking and business-minded staff. Attention to detail with clean remote control, fresh fruit, English TV channels, a small guide, and even a computer. Enjoyable breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

The room service was highly commendable including the various amenities provided. I enjoyed the central location of the hotel, situated in the heart of the city and accessible to plenty of restaurants and markets.

The fitness center was out-of-date and in need of renovation. Although the breakfast served was of decent quality, more healthy options, like vegetables and fruits, would have made it a better experience.

The staff were outstanding! The housekeeping lady on level 6 went above and beyond for our toddlers. The manager at the front desk, Lemon, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel helped me retrieve my lost iPhone. The ground level staff were friendly and welcoming. We received a room upgrade and special treats for our anniversary.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was perfect as it was close to the night market where we indulged in delicious street food. Our rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The breakfast had a wide selection of food to choose from, and the facilities, like the pool and gym, were top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

One small drawback was the slightly pricey spa services, but it didn't overshadow our overall fantastic experience.

This hotel's luxurious amenities were outstanding. the spacious rooms, friendly staff and excellent meals were the perfect touches that made my stay very enjoyable. the free Wi-Fi and laundry service was a great convenience. The return of my 'lost' $400 AUD within half an hour added to the professionalism of the staff. Cons: the toilet flush was weak.
