Stayed at this hotel and experienced their excellent services. The hotel upgraded our room for free and provided special gifts for foreign visitors. The beautiful decorations created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The delicious food, including the breakfast, was a highlight of our visit. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with beautiful and calming decor throughout the entire hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even upgraded my room for free and gave me special gifts as a foreign visitor, including coupons, an English newspaper, and a fruit basket. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options and was included in the price. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center made it convenient for exploring and was close to the Yangtze river.

Spent Xmas here & it was amazing! The staff were so friendly & helpful, they really made the festive season special. The heated swimming pool was a bonus & the spa was top-notch. Location is great, very close to shopping & restaurants. The breakfast selection was impressive with both Eastern & Western foods.

The lobby was just a little too crowded for my taste, but that's just a small issue. this was a fantastic Xmas experience & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The attentive staff exceeded our expectations. Our room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities and a large, comfortable bed. The private facilities, such as the spa and pool, were exceptional and provided much-needed relaxation. The location was also a plus, with many local attractions nearby.

Despite the overall positive experience, we encountered one minor issue with the room's air conditioning, which was difficult to adjust. However, the staff promptly addressed the problem and provided a solution.
