The facilities at Wally House were top-notch. The comfortable beds, soft linens, and large towels made for a cozy stay. The amazing showerhead provided plenty of hot water, and the bathroom and room were always kept clean. The spaciousness of the room and the beautiful decorations added an extra touch of charm. Having a kettle in the room to boil water was a convenient addition. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the park entrance, and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. the amenities provided a comfortable and convenient experience for my stay as a business traveler.

Felt welcomed into the family, nothing to complain about.

Wally House is a hidden gem in Zhangjiajie. The owner, Wally, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. He provided us with a detailed hiking plan for exploring Zhangjiajie National Park and even helped us secure discounted tickets for a local performance. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the national park and local restaurants. I highly recommend Wally House for a fantastic stay in Zhangjiajie.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the bus station and the entrance to the tourist attraction. the rooms are modern and clean, making it a pleasant stay. the host was very helpful in suggesting activities in the area and even providing a map.

The air conditioning/heater was not warm enough during our stay in November, making the room very cold at night. There were no amenities provided, such as soap and shampoo, and the room was not cleaned during our three-night stay.
