During our stay at Zhejiang Business, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining the room and ensuring it was spotless every day. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch and made it convenient for us to stay connected. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with the subway station nearby and the beautiful West Lake just a 20-minute walk away. we had a pleasant experience at Zhejiang Business and would recommend it to others.

Checking in to this hotel was a breeze and the staff was very accommodating. Upon entering the room, we were welcomed with a spectacular view of the city and were amazed by the luxurious amenities available. the room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable king-size bed and a private sauna. the restaurant provided a wide variety of options for breakfast, and the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to shopping malls and local cuisine.

Although this hotel provided exceptional service, the sauna was somewhat difficult to use, as there were no instructions provided.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake, which made it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. the room was clean and well-furnished, with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. the free WiFi provided in the room was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected and plan our activities.

Communication with the staff was challenging, as they did not speak English. This made it difficult to address any concerns or ask for assistance.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right next to Fengqi subway station in the city center. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local tours and extending checkout time. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes.

The hotel only has two non-smoking floors, and smoking is allowed on the other floors.

The ongoing construction site nearby was a major source of disturbance, with constant noise throughout the day and night. the staff was friendly but had limited English proficiency, making communication difficult at times.
