Luxurious amenities, outstanding service, and private facilities make this hotel a top-notch choice. the swimming pool, sauna, and spa center are among the best I've ever experienced. the restaurant features a diverse and delectable buffet breakfast, and the bar/lounge area is an excellent spot for drinks and conversation.

I found only one minor issue, which is the lack of English-speaking staff. But this was made up for by the staff's resourcefulness in finding ways to communicate.

The hotel is conveniently located in the central business district, close to the west lake and even to the shopping belt-Wulin Square. It is also next to the main sites in the city and the business center. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with adequate lighting and wifi. The breakfast spread offers a great variety of options. The staff, though not fluent in English, find innovative ways to assist guests. The hotel also offers personal fax service and provides a good value for money.

The traffic noise from the nearby expressway can be quite loud at times.

The lobby of Plaza International Hotel Zhejiang exceeded my expectations with its modern design and relaxing piano bar. The rooms were clean and of good standard, with a comfortable bed. The hotel offered a diverse breakfast selection, including both Western and Chinese options. The location was convenient, with the main shopping area and various eateries within walking distance. Despite being next to a busy highway, the noise level in the room was not unbearable. I would consider staying here again due to its acceptable quality and convenient location.

Great Easter experience with fantastic rooftop dining and nice cultural offerings in the hotel room. the location is very convenient for reaching points of interest in the city.

The gym and pool facilities are not up to par with Western chain hotels, and some rooms are noisy due to the proximity to a highway.
