I had a luxurious stay at this hotel! the exclusive amenities and room advantages were fulfilling. the Spa & wellness centre and beauty treatments were top-notch. the location advantages were ideal as it was within walking distance to the train station and attractions. the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and delicious drinks.

The outdoor swimming pool had limited sun loungers, which was a minor issue. the garden area provided a tranquil space to relax.

The hotel was in a great location, just opposite the high speed rail and a few minutes walk from the underground port plaza. This made it really easy to get around the city during my trip. the room was clean and comfortable, which was a big plus for me.

I did struggle a bit with finding things in the room, like the electric flask that was hidden in the cabinet beside the fridge. the positioning of some of the furniture also seemed a little awkward.
