Spacious rooms and friendly staff. the rooms were perfect for our group and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a walk-in closet. the staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the hotel also had a great location, with a beautiful beach just steps away. We loved swimming and snorkeling there, and even had a huge BBQ with friends on the beach.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the bathroom had hairs all over and the sheets had what looked like blood stains.

This hotel is an incredible value for the price. With its spacious suites and full kitchen, it feels like a home away from home. The location right on the beach provides an unbeatable view and the opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities, such as TV and breakfast, make for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located right next to Chalan Kanoa beach, offering guests easy access to a beautiful sandy shoreline for relaxation and water activities. it is conveniently situated near the Sabado Market, allowing visitors to explore and shop for local goods. The hotel is also close to three historically interesting sites that are off the beaten path, providing a unique glimpse into the island's rich heritage. Guests can immerse themselves in the local neighborhood and experience the authentic Saipan lifestyle.

The hotel lacks a pool, which may be a disappointment for guests who enjoy swimming and lounging by the poolside.

We had a wonderful stay at a spacious 3 bed 2 bath condo-hotel room in Aquarius. The washer and dryer in the room were excellent. The location was convenient with supermarkets and fast food chains nearby. The ocean view rooms had beautiful views of the islands. I highly recommend this hotel for group trips!

Spent a wonderful weekend in a beach-front hotel. Incredible ocean views from every room and an affordable price for the amazing location. Clean towels and a comfortable bed made my stay pleasant. I was also happy to find the hotel offered free parking and had a shuttle to take guests to nearby attractions.

The room decor needed a little bit of updating, as some of the furniture looked worn out. the amenities were limited, with no gym or breakfast included.
