We especially want to mention Antonette at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, wonderful restaurants, and the main shopping area. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of food options. The staff at the hotel, including a Japanese male staff member, were very kind and provided excellent service.

Special mention goes to the concierge, bell staff Dave, FD Lethel, and Jeralph from the front desk who even arranged an early check-in for us. we had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was the perfect choice for my Christmas vacation! the beach view from my room was amazing and the gym was top-notch. the hotel also offered a delicious Friday buffet and a lovely Italian restaurant. Another advantage, was its impeccable location near many restaurants and shops.

The breakfast wasn't worth the price and some areas of the hotel were outdated and in need of renovation. Nonetheless, the staff made up for it with their warm and friendly service, making my stay enjoyable.
