I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to a tropical island for snorkeling. The hotel's beach was right there, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I also loved the happy hour and the variety of room amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a bonus, and the free toiletries and electric kettle added to the convenience. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Limited food choices at buffet and restaurant, and lack of internet connections in the rooms. Quick check-in, but no mention of construction in the water play area. TVs are of older models. Some activities equipment needs maintenance.

The view from the patio overlooks the pool and beach, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The staff provides excellent service, accommodating guests' needs promptly and with a friendly attitude. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

One downside to this hotel is that the Jacuzzi was not perfectly clean during my stay.

Great waterpark with fun rides and activities for all ages. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic selection of food, especially loved the lobster and steak. The staff were friendly and eager to please. The location was perfect for exploring the area.

We loved our stay at this luxury hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a fantastic water park where we spent our days having a blast. And being able to access the beach right from the water park was a huge plus. The view from our room was absolutely lovely, and we were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Another great feature was the free breakfast, which was delicious. We also appreciated the variety of dining options nearby.

A Paradise Getaway

My recent stay at a resort in Susupe was truly a memorable experience. The resort's exciting waterpark provided endless fun for both kids and adults. We had a blast riding the thrilling waterslides and cooling off in the wave pool. The renovation of the hotel brought a fresh new look and the restaurant served delicious and affordable food. The staff was friendly, swiftly fixing any issues we had. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a fantastic getaway.
