Had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The rooftop terrace was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the city. The spacious rooms were incredible and provided all the comfort I needed. The hotel's prime location in the center of the old town was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind and provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

While the overall experience was great, I did experience some street noise in my room. Additionally, there was some noise in the lobby during the first night, but the staff quickly resolved the issue after I informed them.

Stayed in the superior suite and it was perfect for 2 people. Had a nice balcony for coffee/breakfast. Staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. José was awesome, a big man with an even bigger heart! Communication was a little difficult but a translation app worked fine. Marisol was an excellent host/manager. Breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Mini fridge was always well stocked. Great balcony for people-watching. Lots of restaurants within minutes walk. Felt safe walking at night. Highly recommend AguaMarina hotel!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent and the interior design of the hotel was pleasing. We loved hanging around in the shaded areas and enjoyed taking a dip in the beautiful rooftop pool. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious and offered a great view of the street below. The staff was always helpful and even walked with us to the bank.

The location was perfect, close to everything and situated in the center of the city. We particularly enjoyed the comfort and pleasure of staying in a summer house with a balcony.

The city's liveliness is not disruptive and allows for restful nights. The staff is friendly and willing to help.

As a frequent traveler to Cartagena, I finally found the magic spot in this pretty and relaxed hotel. The beautiful rooms and fresh breakfast were perfect for our early trip to the islands. The hotel is well located within the city center, with a street that is not too noisy. The service provided by Oscar, Jose, and Jason was exceptional, along with the attentive maid. The atmosphere with Buddhas, glass chandeliers, and plants was very relaxing. The rooftop with a view of the ocean, sun beds, and a small pool was a great addition. the hotel staff and amenities exceeded our expectations.
