The apartment was spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The location was very convenient, with easy access to both the city center and the beaches. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The beds were too small for two people, and there were not enough towels provided for our group. The hot water in the bathroom was not working properly, and the water heater seemed to be faulty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Portofino in Bocagrande. the apartment was fantastic, offering a good size and comfortable bed. the location was absolutely brilliant, being right next to the water and providing a beautiful scenery. the price was amazing and the staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. the building also had great amenities, including a pool and sauna on the top floor, which offered an amazing view for those who prefer not to go to the beach. the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making it convenient for both work and leisure. I will definitely be coming back to stay here and have already recommended it to my friends.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the sea and the center of the city. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and banks. the staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were extremely attentive to my needs and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

There were some amenities that were not as advertised. For example, the kitchen was lacking in basic equipment such as pans and a coffee/tea maker.

I had a wonderful stay at a great location in Cartagena. the Apartamentos En Edificio Portofino Icdi was perfectly situated, with convenient access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and bars. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and on-site laundry facilities. the view from my private balcony was amazing, offering both sunrise and sunset views. the property was well-maintained, and I noticed maintenance work being done during my stay. it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.
