I recently stayed at a hostel in a great area, close to restaurants, bars, and clubs. The owner of the hostel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the city and gave us helpful tips for exploring. The hostel even offered free pancakes for breakfast, which were a delightful treat. I had a truly enjoyable time at this hostel.

Ideal location, close to restaurants and supermarket in a quiet area. Amazing staff, very helpful and chatty. Spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the outside common space. Breakfast included pancakes and freshly cut fruit. Safe walk to main area.

The hostel had a good location, close to many bars and restaurants, and was reasonably priced. The free pancakes and coffee provided were a nice bonus.

The cleanliness of the hostel was a big issue for me. The bathroom and stairs were dirty throughout my stay, despite the surrounding neighborhood being clean.

The location was perfect for me - close enough to the Poblado bar area but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The staff at Arcadia were incredibly friendly and treated me like family. The owner was especially helpful with airport suggestions. And let's not forget the Sunday barbecue and cheap beers - so good!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement. It would be great if they had a sign specifying the number of pancakes per person and the breakfast hours.

I had a really nice stay at Arcadia Hostel. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was lovely. I especially enjoyed the daily happy hour with nice drinks. The beds were comfy and the free breakfast was a nice touch.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the dorms are comfortable, with electricity next to the beds and lockers to keep your things safe. The included breakfast of pancakes, fruit, and an egg is a nice touch and a great way to meet other guests. The common areas, especially the terrace, are perfect for socializing.

arcadia hostel in medellin exceeded my expectations. after a previous disappointing stay in the city, i was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, cleanliness, and positive atmosphere. the cheap beers, salsa lessons, and sunday barbecue were definite highlights. this was by far the best accommodation in my 9 months of travel.

Communication was lacking.
