This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I loved the fact that the rooms have big windows looking over the highway, offering a unique view. Moreover, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were sufficient, and the location was very convenient, being next to a Transmilenio station and close to the boulevard. The breakfasts were delicious and filling.

All in all, everything was fine during my stay.

The receptionist at Hotel Arena Suites was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to get a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the convenience of having a mini fridge in our room. The hotel's proximity to the Transmilenio station made it easy for us to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and comfortable amenities.

Had an awesome time staying in this hotel for Easter! Loved the cozy and spacious rooms with comfortable large beds and mini fridge. the staff was exceptional, very friendly, always ready to help and answer any question. the location is superb too, with easy access to the Transmilenio station and a cheap mini-market just around the corner. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby serving delicious local dishes.

The only downside during my stay was that the rooms face a main street, so there was constant noise that might be overwhelming for light sleepers, but it was not a big issue for me. the emergency stairs were a little irregular, which could be problematic in case of an emergency.
