A Welcoming Atmosphere

I arrived at this hotel in the evening, tired and with limited language skills. Despite my language barrier, the reception team at Best Western Calleja Suites was incredibly patient and welcoming. They made sure I felt right at home during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep each night. The breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty to satisfy my appetite. The hotel's location was convenient, with a main street nearby and within walking distance to a supermarket and various restaurants and cafes. Additionally, there was a large shopping mall just a short stroll away. I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I would still highly recommend staying here.

The free breakfast, served until 9 o'clock, is good, and the spacious, modern bedrooms have excellent beds. The staff, especially the helpful receptionists and friendly hotel driver, Mr. Orlando, make the stay enjoyable. Nearby amenities include a supermarket, clinic, and catholic church. Don't forget to visit the rooftop terrace for a panoramic view of the area. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this upscale hotel. The location in a really nice upscale neighborhood was perfect for exploring the historical center. The staff, from receptionists to the hotel driver, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, including the in-room computer and free toiletries. The dining restaurant offered a delicious breakfast, and we enjoyed the complimentary American breakfast served early in the morning.

This place is highly recommended for families.

My Easter break at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as there were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The free wifi was definitely a bonus.

The breakfast could have been better, as it lacked variety and the same items were offered every day. , the rooftop was a bit disappointing as there were no tables or chairs to enjoy the city view.

The hotel is situated in a really nice upscale neighborhood, making it a great location for exploring the city. It is also conveniently located in the center of the business district but not that far from the attractions.

Some guests have reported issues with safety, such as theft from the room safes.
