I had a wonderful stay in a safe and upscale neighborhood in Medellin, just a short taxi ride away from the popular tourist area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, soft bed and plenty of pillows for a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, treating me like royalty throughout my stay. The hotel had a lovely onsite restaurant and a mini bar stocked with refreshments. The location offered a magnificent view of the city.

I did encounter an issue with the food. Despite the high prices, the burger I ordered arrived completely cold, and when I called to inform the staff, they questioned my honesty.

The pool was a huge disappointment. It was more like a small hot tub and often crowded with other guests.
