The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay during my Easter trip. the staff was attentive and the hotel's location, while a bit off the center, made it easy and affordable to travel around with Uber or taxis. the varied breakfast options were delightful, with fresh orange juice and tasty coffee, making mornings enjoyable.

The air conditioning didn't cool the room sufficiently, and there were restrictions on having guests over. there were noise disturbances from the restaurant and hallway, affecting the overall relaxation.

Had a dreamy balcony for sunset views, and the friendly staff made our romantic escape a delight. the location was perfect for exploring El Poblado, offering a safe and comfortable stay.

The room lacked a vanity mirror, and the arepas were a bit disappointing – hard and cold. It was a hassle to communicate with the front desk from the room, and the shower walls needed a good scrub.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering breathtaking views of the Antioquian mountains. the hotel's interior design and amenities were top-notch, creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. Additionally, the location was fantastic, with easy access to El Tesoro Mall, Provenza's lively restaurants and bars, and grocery stores. the sandwich breakfast provided was a delightful start to the day!

The noise from the bar/restaurant could be disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at night. Despite requesting the music volume to be lowered, the issue persisted, impacting our rest.
