We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The spa and wellness centre was a true highlight, offering a variety of exceptional massages and a relaxing spa lounge. The indoor swimming pool and steam room were phenomenal, and the sun terrace provided an excellent space to unwind. The restaurant provided a delicious in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast with special diet menus available.

One minor issue was that the bathroom was slightly outdated, but this did not detract from our overall experience. The service was exceptional, and the bar/lounge area was an excellent spot to relax with a drink.

The location was great, with a supermarket, restaurants, and cafeterias within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, and we upgraded to a suite for some extra luxury. The highlight was the spa on the 5th floor, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and the water jets tour. a wonderful stay.

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's location in a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The spacious room and well-equipped bathroom added to my pleasant experience. The staff members were very serviceable, and the breakfast had an adequate variety of food, which I enjoyed every day. Moreover, the beautiful view I had from my room's window was amazing.

The elevator seemed to have some unpleasant odor at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Plaza, especially loved the big bathtub in the room. Unfortunately, the spa required reservations with additional fees, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, the staff was kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of. The staff, including Alejandro, Kenia, the chef, and the servers at the bar. The breakfast spread was exceptional, and the gym facilities were excellent. We were impressed and will definitely return.
