The hotel was very clean and the facilities were top-notch. The staff at the front desk, especially Claudia, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe area, right in the financial district, making it easy to get around this city. Transportation options, including taxis and cars, were readily available, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

However, the best thing about my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of vegetarian food options and a hard mattress, overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fantastic.

The staff, especially Ms. Andrea, Mr. Leonardo, and Mr. Andres, were exceptional. The front desk manager, Ms. Jineth, was also outstanding. The bell person, Mr. Mairon, was friendly and the restaurant, Cornelia, had excellent ambiance and breakfast. The restaurant manager, Mr. Guillermo Castano, and the other restaurant staff treated guests like family. The hotel also had a friendly corporate general manager, Ms. Angela Fonseca. The cleaning staff and all other staff were generous and overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay.

Located in a pleasant neighborhood close to the World Trade Centre, this hotel features easy access to Big Andino Mall by taxi or car. The spacious rooms offer a private balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is clean and has excellent water pressure. Breakfast offers a variety of options including omelettes and juice. The gym is well-maintained.

We had an amazing time during our romantic getaway. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of amazing restaurants and parks near by. We also enjoyed the beautiful and spacious room with the cozy decoration and excellent shower.

The breakfast could have been better and had limited vegetarian options. Plus, the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive, but the staff did their best to provide earplugs and accommodate us.

The layout of the suites at 100 Luxury Suites By Preferred is impressive, with a well-equipped work area that is perfect for getting work done. Located in the financial district, it offers a great and safe location. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Claudia at the front desk, who is undoubtedly the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. Her genuine love for her job made me feel incredibly welcome, especially during the holiday season.

As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Natalie at the reception and Marcela who went above and beyond to assist us with any issues. The hotel provided private tours with our driver, Oscar, who showed us around Bogota and its surroundings. The restaurant had delicious food, prompt delivery, and a great ambiance with live music every night. The hotel manager was professional and courteous, and the entire staff spoke English, which made our stay even more convenient.

We felt safe and secure throughout our stay and have no complaints.

This venue represents luxury at its best. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa centre offered a variety of massages and treatments, and the Steam room was a relaxing experience. the Sun terrace provided a spectacular view of the surrounding area, and the Restaurant served delicious food.

The only minor issue was the noise level. There was construction nearby that caused disruption in the mornings.
