The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood and is in the entertainment district, so there are plenty of options for dining and nightlife within walking distance. The staff here were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the room amenities, such as air conditioning and a sitting area, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the option for room service and the convenience of a laundry service. The hotel offers a range of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, a casino, and live entertainment, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, quality service, and luxurious amenities.

Spent my Christmas in the city and found this hotel. the location is ideal, close to everything I needed - restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist spots. the staff was very welcoming and friendly. It was nice to be in a cheerful environment during the holiday season.

The room was small and noisy, especially at night. I could hear people talking and traffic outside.

I recently stayed at the Cali Plaza and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Cali entertainment center. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was nicely furnished and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept really well. The staff was always helpful, especially the taxi driver George who was a knowledgeable and excellent guide. The only minor issues we had were with the small hot water heater in the apartment and the loud music from the night club across the street. However, these can be easily managed by requesting a room in the back. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and location.
