The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the hotel district, San Antonio, and Peñon. It is conveniently close to Boulevard del Rio, Quinta , and the posh area of Penon with its hotels and bars. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, nice pillows, and quality bed sheets and duvets. The bathrooms are well-maintained, with good showers.

Some guests have reported that noise from other guests and neighboring residents can be heard from the inner courtyard and inner hallways.
