We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The top floor roof terrace and balcony provided the perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying evening drinks. The hotel was impeccably clean, which added to our overall comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our safety and satisfaction, even going so far as to warn us about potentially unsafe areas nearby. The level of personalized care and concern was truly impressive. When we decided to cut our stay short, the reception refunded our money without hesitation. The location was also a major plus, with a short walk to Zona Rosa and easy access to other areas of the city. Additionally, the Flamingo restaurant and Salsa bar on-site were a delightful touch.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Cali. The staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Zona Rosa with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The TV had a wide selection of channels to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cali.

The hotel is conveniently located near the vibrant riverfront at night, just a short walk to la 6ta Avenue. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with clean sheets. The bathroom had a good shower with hot water. The staff at the reception and restaurant were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed a delightful meal at the Flamingo restaurant on the rooftop, which also offered a lively salsa bar.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which was frustrating for an adventurous backpacker like me.

The hotel had a great pool and a convenient location close to many restaurants and cafes. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with any questions we had. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered each morning. We enjoyed fresh fruit, crispy bacon, and warm pastries that made our Thanksgiving stay feel extra special.

The air conditioning system was outdated and made loud noises all night long. the bedding was also uncomfortable and seemed to be too small for the bed.
