The staff was friendly and helpful, and the internet was reliable. The location was also a plus, being close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. We also appreciated having several good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The room design was a little strange, and the bed was smaller than we would have liked.
