We had a great stay at Caribbean Island Hotel Piso 2. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assisted us with check-in, printing boarding passes, and even taking our bags to the room. the customer service was exceptional, which made our experience memorable. the facilities were clean and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the view from our sea view room on the 3rd floor was unbeatable. a fantastic experience.

We had a great stay at Caribbean Island Hotel Piso 2. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action and restaurants on the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant night's sleep. The main administrator, Jinnet, was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, like not having a coffee maker in the room and some minor issues with the service, the overall experience at Caribbean Island Hotel Piso 2 was enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in San Andres.

I had an unbelievable view from my room at Caribbean Island Hotel Piso 2. Room 321, a corner room with a balcony, offered glorious views of the sea and Johnny's Cay. I could enjoy the beauty of the surroundings right from my room. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just outside the front door and the beach only a few steps away. The complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning was a nice touch. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of Carlos during check-in. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing view and convenient location.

What a fantastic way to spend New Year's Eve! the hotel provided unlimited drinks and snacks throughout the night in their stunning rooftop bar with a breathtaking view. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to all the action and nightlife, yet still offered a serene getaway from the crowds. the hotel's beach access was amazing and provided a great spot for some afternoon relaxation.

The hotel fell short in some areas. the room we stayed in was in dire need of maintenance as several pieces of furniture were broken, and the hot water in the shower was non-existent.

We really enjoyed the location and exceptional views from our room and balcony. The staff was kind and helpful, something that can be hard to find in San Andres. The facilities were simple but clean, and we appreciated having a hot shower. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and offers coffee and tea in the mornings. They also provided towels and allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right in front of the main beach with stunning sunrise and sunset views. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the wifi and AC work well. Some rooms even have kitchens, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals.

Staff were helpful, knew our names and were sympathetic. Facilities included bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe, bathroom, living room with refrigerator, kitchen sink, table and sofa. Hot showers were available. Good location and beach access. Offered coffee and tea during mornings. Luggage storage and amenities available after checkout.
