I had a fantastic 5-day stay at Caribbean Island. The rooms were spacious, with 2 closets and 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, and a comfortable living room. The hotel's location was perfect, just in front of the beach, and there was a supermarket nearby for convenience. The staff was exceptional, always taking care of our needs, providing helpful information, and cleaning our room every day while we were out. It was a secure and pleasant experience, and we felt well taken care of.

The Caribbean Island Hotel in San Andres was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very close proximity to the beach made our stay enjoyable. The hotel provided beach towels free of charge and the rooms were comfortable with adequate air conditioning. it was a well-run property with good value for money.

The location of Caribbean Island was ideal, right on the beach strip with easy access to everything. I had a bright and clean room with a side view of the beach. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and clean rooms.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were equipped with A/C, providing us with a comfortable environment. The location was ideal, as it was very close to the beach and conveniently situated near restaurants and bars. Additionally, the hotel was just a short distance from the airport, making transportation quick and easy. We also enjoyed the fact that there were parking facilities available for those who chose to rent a car. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Great location right on the main walking strip and on the main beach. Close to everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No wifi connection in the room and even the wifi in the reception is not good. The rooms are very basic and rundown.

The beachfront 1-bed apartment for 2-3 people is stylish, comfortable, and offers sea views from some balconies. The cleaning is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great, right by the beach and close to restaurants and a grocery store. A small kitchen in the room is convenient for cooking meals and saves money on dining out. it was a memorable experience for my family of six.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable studio apartments and the great location of this hotel. The apartments provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a holiday getaway. Being right in front of the beach was an added bonus, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager, made my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. Secondly, the shower had low water pressure, which affected the overall showering experience.

Perfect location and good value for money! We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's ideal location, just steps away from the beach. The facilities were excellent, and our apartment was comfortable and clean. The young girl at the reception was incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. She even printed out our boarding passes and let us borrow a charger for our phone. We felt secure and safe throughout our stay, and we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, great value for money, and exceptional service.

Excellent staff, great location seconds from the main beach, very clean and quiet, lashings of hot water, comfy bed.

Felt like it was our own home, nothing too much trouble.
