Great service and amazing rooftop views. Staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff did a fantastic job. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.

There were a few issues with the room. The noise from the nearby club made it difficult to sleep, but thankfully we were exhausted from our activities.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and made us feel like family. Great location close to all areas and events. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and variety.

the location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from the Old Town. the staff, especially Candalina, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home. the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options like fruit, eggs, juice, and coffee. the highlight was definitely the homemade arepas, made with a secret ingredient: love. the hotel also had a security guard on duty at night, adding an extra layer of safety. the jacuzzi on the top floor offered a stunning view of the port area.

We especially enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was just a short walk away from lively areas such as Getsemani and Old Town. the jacuzzi located on the top floor provided a stunning view of the surrounding port area.

there were a few minor power cuts that occurred, but they were resolved within a short timeframe. these minor issues did not greatly affect our overall experience at the hotel.
