The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to explore. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. - the breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety to choose from.

The bathrooms were frequently dirty and often ran out of toilet paper, even after multiple requests for restocking. Some of the staff were not very helpful or friendly, giving contradictory information and not providing necessary assistance.

Stayed at Casa Del Pozo Boutique for a week and had a fantastic time. The hostel's location in the heart of vibrant Getsemani was perfect for exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. The Netflix room was a unique and enjoyable feature, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. a great atmosphere and a safe, comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Del Pozo Boutique. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the installations were stunning, filled with bright colors and everything we needed. the small pool was a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. the breakfast was filling and delicious, and we even received a welcome drink upon arrival. the hostel went above and beyond when there was an issue with the AC in our dorm. They offered to move all six of us to another hostel, arranged for a taxi to take us there, and took action to resolve the issue. They also helped us with a taxi to the airport, even reporting a driver who tried to overcharge us. the customer service truly exceeded our expectations.

I recently stayed at Casa Del Pozo in Getsemani for a couple of nights. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice. The installations were amazing, very colorful, and had everything I needed, including a small pool to bask in the sun. The breakfast was filling and they even offered a welcome drink. They took action for good customer service by offering a solution when there was an issue with the AC in the dorm I stayed in. They offered all six occupants to move to another hostel and even sent us by taxi for the inconvenience. The hotel also reported a taxi driver who overcharged me. it was an amazing experience.

The breakfast at this hostel was absolutely delicious! the pancakes were to die for, and I was so sad when they ran out on my last day. the staff were also amazing, always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. And the location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, art, and an amazing nightlife scene.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of towels. We booked several rooms and had to pay extra to rent towels for one of them, and we didn't even receive them until the next day.

The dance class was a highlight, and I enjoyed the pool and Netflix chill room. The location in the heart of Getsemani was perfect, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hostel for a relaxing yet social experience.
