We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the heart of Getsemani and a short 10-minute walk into the historic center. It's great to be on the edge of Getsemani, close enough to all the buzzing activity, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. We also appreciated the tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day of exploring. And the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient bonus.

The only slight downside was that the hotel was about a 10-minute walk to the old city. However, the interesting and less touristy neighborhood made up for it, and we still found it to be a great location.

The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh fruit juices that were absolutely delicious. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. the rooftop terrace and pool were a highlight, providing a relaxing space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the option of having both air-conditioning and a fan. I highly recommend Casa Pizarro Hotel Boutique for its excellent service, great location, and enjoyable amenities.

We loved the beautiful old building and the peaceful courtyard with the pool. It was so nice to relax there in the evening with the other guests. We had a bit of a problem with the beds slipping apart, but the friendly staff quickly solved it for us and we slept great. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was simple but tasty. we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely room with a private outdoor space and a tub. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious with fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and attentive. Despite a few drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cartagena.

Casa Pizarro is ideally situated in the heart of the old town, just a short stroll from Plaza de la Santísima. This vibrant area is filled with charming restaurants and bars, creating a wonderful atmosphere day and night. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore all the major attractions on foot. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.

There were occasional disturbances at night due to noise from outside and late-night vacuuming.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to a park and a good pizzeria. the pool was small but refreshing in the hot weather.

During our stay, there was a delay with towels from the laundry, but the hotel apologized and provided towels from the pool. Also, the information provided about the hotel amenities was not accurate as there was no bathtub or jacuzzi in our room.

The old mansion had beautiful details and a charming atmosphere. the location was fantastic, surrounded by numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Pizzaro. The rooms were huge, comfortable, and modernized, with our own whirlpool. It was like a dream come true!

We felt safe walking at night, no complaints at all.

The rooms had comfortable king size beds, which led to a wonderful night's sleep. the hotel's nice decoration and refreshing pool were perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. the location was fantastic, being close to many restaurants and plazas.

the place was in need of repairs, with electrical outlets hanging off the walls and black mold growing on the walls. Some of the bed linen was stained and worn, and the shower leaked and was also moldy.

This hotel was excellent value for money. The location is colourful, fun, and full of bars and restaurants, making it a great place to explore. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. The rooms were compact but had everything you needed, including a powerful shower and mini bar. Breakfast was the best we had while on the coast, with fresh fruit, juice, and the regional favorite "Arepa de huevo".
