The rooms were lovely, very spacious and clean, with great air conditioning. the hotel had wonderful lounge areas where you could relax outside of the room. the staff was exceptional, especially Elsy, who was attentive and friendly. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the busy center but still close to the action. the WiFi was strong, allowing me to work and make Zoom calls with ease.

There were a few instances where I felt like the hotel had too many unnecessary rules. For example, when my brother wanted to visit and take a dip in the pool, we were told he wasn't allowed in certain areas, which made me feel uncomfortable and watched.

I had a fantastic experience at Casa Quero! The hotel is simply beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The lighting was excellent, which is a rarity in hotels. The location is quiet and very convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The exceptional service provided by Leslye, the manager, and the helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Casa Quero for anyone visiting Cartagena!

We had an amazing time at Casa Quero. The renovated family estate was simply beautiful with spacious rooms and baths. The lighting was great, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The location was convenient, and we were within walking distance of various shops and restaurants. The manager, Leslye, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The communication with her was excellent, and she even arranged a hair appointment for me. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a charming garden and small pool.

This hotel is absolutely stunning with high ceilings and open courtyards on all floors. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a perfect place to relax. The staff are exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis and checking on our arrival. The location is great, in the historic center but surprisingly quiet. The nearby restaurant is fantastic.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had an issue with a leak in our room, but the staff responded quickly and provided a towel to help. The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a few things we really liked. the hotel had a great pool on the rooftop that was perfect for cooling off after a hot day exploring the city. the views from the rooftop were also stunning, especially during sunsets. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were lovely and very welcoming. They made us feel special during our stay and provided excellent customer service. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city.

There were a couple of things that we didn't like about our stay. the size of the pool was quite disappointing.

The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day.

The rooftop pool is small and the water is warm, which may not be suitable for those seeking a refreshing swim to cool off from the heat.

I stayed at Casa Quero for four nights and I couldn't be happier. The rooms were stunning and impeccably clean. The staff, particularly Jackie and Elsi, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering fantastic views of the lively streets below. it was a true representation of Cartagenean culture and I would definitely stay here again.
