We had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel with stunning views of the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with small details that made a difference. The pool was great for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The location was ideal, close to the airport and centrally located for visiting the surrounding attractions. Breakfast was limited, but the restaurant offered delicious options. The peaceful atmosphere and the singing birds added to the charm of this place.

The drink menu was not available, which would have been helpful in choosing our beverages.

The view from the room was breathtaking! We loved the fact that there was a pool in the hotel where we could swim and relax. the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting the nearby attractions and the fact that the hotel was located in a peaceful, secluded area was perfect for us.

The food at the hotel was a major letdown. We were expecting delicious Christmas dishes, but the options were limited and the taste left much to be desired.

The pool and Jacuzzi were amazing, and the hotel is surrounded by picturesque hills and flowers, creating a stunning location. Conveniently located near Periera, with easy access to transportation. The food was delicious with a variety of options at reasonable prices. A perfect place to relax and enjoy serene surroundings.

I couldn't believe the value for the money, the room was amazing! The location was perfect for a quiet getaway, surrounded by beautiful hills and flowers. The staff at Casa San Carlos Lodge treated us so well, they were professional and friendly.

Food for breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee.
