The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant square and the historic walled city. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a peaceful oasis in the bustling city. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. The breakfast menu was delicious and varied, with different fresh juices every day. I would definitely stay here again!

While the room was comfortable, the lukewarm shower was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there was some noise from adjacent properties on Sunday nights, but I understand that it may have been a one-time occurrence.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in Getsemani and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as having to leave the key at the front desk and waiting for the door to be opened at night, they did not overshadow the overall experience.

Excellent location, just steps away from Plaza Trinidad in Getsemani. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, despite being surrounded by restaurants and nightlife. The staff, especially Yobelda and Lizabeth, were incredibly kind and hospitable. The rooftop pool and massage area offer a lovely retreat with a view of Castillo San Felipe. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and freshly cooked to order. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cartagena.

This hotel is a little gem in the heart of a bustling neighborhood. The location could not be better ---just a few steps from a lively plaza where there is always something happening. The staff is incredibly helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with crisp linens and fluffy breakfast pancakes made fresh every morning.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a wonderful bohemian neighborhood seething with life. The location is as central as it can be, making it convenient for guests to explore the nearby attractions such as the Castillo San Felipe, the old town center, and restaurants. The hotel is also right near a lively plaza, surrounded by good restaurants, and within walking distance to the older part of the city.

All was ok, with the exception of some noise from an adjacent property on Sunday, playing loud music until about 1:30am.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Cartagena. the location was spot on, nestled in the authentic and vibrant neighborhood of Getsemani. It allowed me to truly experience the real Cartagena. Secondly, the staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a small bathroom. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits to choose from. this hotel provided great value for the price and attention to detail.

This hotel is located in the best area of the city, allowing me to explore the rooted-historical neighborhood and experience the real essence of the destination. The attentive staff provided excellent service and helpful advice on local attractions and restaurants. We got an amazing value for our money at Casa Santa Ana Hotel Boutique. The room was clean, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect, with lively restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. The staff treated us with professionalism and gave us plenty of privacy. We also enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool with its stunning view of the city.

The morning meal could be improved by having better water pressure and temperature in the shower. Additionally, having a quieter breakfast area would ensure a more peaceful morning experience for guests.
