I stayed at this hotel for one night as it was conveniently located next to Mamallena, the starting point for San Blas Adventure tours. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the rooftop pool and spacious terrace were perfect for relaxing. The fresh and delicious breakfast served on the rooftop was a highlight, and the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities and friendly staff.

The area surrounding the hotel is not pleasant, with run-down premises and poor condition footways. the bathroom only has a cold shower, which may not be enjoyable for some guests.

The hotel had amazing and beautiful colonial architecture, with a tranquil atmosphere and a nice small swimming pool. The staff, especially Ella and John, were extremely helpful. They assisted us with everything, from arranging travel plans to providing pharmacy services. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, fruit, juice, toast, and strong coffee. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a rooftop pool with a view of the city's historical center.
