We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the rooftop infinity pool, which offered a stunning view of the city. The location in the old town was perfect, as we were able to easily explore all of the nearby restaurants, shopping, and cultural attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

the location was fantastic, right in the buzzing heart of old town. the room was beautiful and comfortable, and I even got upgraded to the honeymoon suite for our last night, which was amazing. the staff, especially Sheik the manager, went above and beyond in terms of service. He even helped us with some business between Colombia and Dubai. the hospitality was top-notch, and I can't wait to come back and visit again.

We had an amazing stay at a beautifully designed hotel in a historic central location. Our room was upgraded for free and had a private patio and jacuzzi pool. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the onsite restaurant was great. highly recommend!

The corner suite with 2 terraces, hot tub, and blackout blinds was perfect. Gorgeous room with old town charm and modern design. Polite and helpful staff. Manager was responsive on WhatsApp. Delicious food from the hotel restaurant. Staff member showed us how to work the room tech. Gorgeous spa with top-notch massages. Highly recommended stay.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of everything. The hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by main restaurants and rooftop bars. We enjoyed exploring the busy area of town and the beautiful Old City. The room was comfortable, with a well-designed bathroom and great service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The view from our room was breathtaking, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

That it took a while to figure out how to change the thermostat temperature.

The hotel is located in a great spot close to many popular bars and restaurants. It is within walking distance of everything in the old city. Also, the rooftop pool and spa were great facilities to enjoy during our stay. The staff was attentive and helpful, as well as the included breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped for the price.

Friendly and professional staff provided personalized and attentive service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and safe. Passionate chef in the restaurant served delicious Colombian cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in the heart of the historic district.

The hotel we booked for our city trip was beyond amazing! They gave us welcome cocktails and recommended great restaurants nearby. the rooms were super comfortable and had great features and the bathrooms were lovely and modern. the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. There was even a swimming pool to cool down in and a spa! the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfills every exclusive amenity need. the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to our group's needs. the continental breakfast is delicious with various menu options, including waffles, pumpkin pancakes, omelette, salmon, and coconut/passionfruit smoothies. Our group enjoyed a free upgrade to a suite with a whirlpool where we relaxed and unwound. the convenient location in the center of the city allowed us to enjoy the beautiful historic old town.

The hotel is also located in a prime location, right in the city center and close to many restaurants.
