The suites were very comfortable, with modern and well-furnished rooms. the fast internet with individual routers in each room was a great convenience. the hotel's location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby and in a safe area. the included breakfast was basic but good, and the option to have it delivered to the room at any time was a nice touch.

The noise from the nearby school during the day could be bothersome, especially during recess or band practice. the hotel's drivers were significantly more expensive than regular taxis.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even bringing sauce and frying pans when we decided to cook in our flat. The hotel taxi service was also convenient for getting to meetings across the city. this hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay.

Professional and courteous staff. Language barrier not an issue as staff spoke Spanish. Convenient location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Good value apartments with well appointed facilities. Excellent breakfast options with friendly service.

We stayed here twice during our trip, once in a two-bedroom apartment and once in a one-bedroom. The apartments were great value, well-appointed and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us as our daughter lives nearby. It was situated right across the most aristocratic school in the city, and I loved being close to restaurants, banks, shopping malls, and various attractions. I appreciated the convenience of having everything within walking distance, including a high-end Ikea. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided had a great selection of food, especially the delicious empanadas. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even let us use a different room when we arrived early in the morning.
