The main door to the hotel is locked at night, so you have to ring the bell to be let in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right next to the stunning Catholic Cathedral and within walking distance of many other attractions such as the Museo de Oro and the Palacio de lat Inquisicion. The hotel itself had a charming character and felt cozy, not clinical like larger establishments. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with great air-conditioning. The breakfast served each morning was delicious and filling, and the staff, especially Jessica and Javier, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of the minibar in our room.
