The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel is located on a quiet side street across from a park, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the terrace offered a stunning view. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection, and the hotel's proximity to North Bogota was convenient.

In line with other accommodations in Bogota, the hot water in the shower was not as hot as expected. Another drawback was the occasional scent of sewage in the street due to a rainstorm.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, modern, and fully stocked, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and efficiency. The location was convenient and peaceful, situated near beautiful flowers and a park.

There were some downsides. the lack of soundproofing meant being woken up by passing coaches in the morning, so light sleepers may have difficulty.
