Nothing not to love.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and great value for money. The lobby was extraordinary and the breakfast was okay. The staff was constantly around, filling our coffee and water with every sip.

Nothing it is perfect.

The service at Dreams was outstanding, surpassing any hotel I've stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially when our daughter had health issues. They even arranged for a doctor to come from Cartagena at no cost to us. The hotel's design is beautiful, with clean and spacious rooms and a wonderful view. The air conditioning was great and kept the room quiet and comfortable. The swimming pools were clean and enjoyable, and the beach and gym were also good. I was impressed with the Kids' Club, where we could sign up our kids for activities. The best surprise was the room service, which served the tastiest food during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. The breakfast buffet was superb and the Italian restaurant and beach restaurant offered great and affordable food. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with 7 pools to choose from and a beautiful private beach area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with two double beds. The hotel also provided free water throughout our stay. The staff truly made our trip unforgettable.

The suite upgrade provided by Monica at the front desk was a great perk after a poor check-in experience. Miguel at the beach pool area was very attentive, and Edwin the bellman was friendly and helpful throughout our trip. The hotel has excellent facilities and a great variety of food. VIP service is an excellent strategy, and the staff at the beach are very professional and provide quality service.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.

We were pampered with the most luxurious amenities at this hotel. the treatment room was excellently decorated and made us feel like royalty. the spa lounge was always a relaxing place to be, and the beauty treatment was second to none. We enjoyed being served by the attentive bar staff at the poolside snack bar. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was well, maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip.

We experienced one minor inconvenience; the front desk staff was not very accommodating.

This hotel met my expectations and more! the location gave us the perfect city break. It was easy to navigate and explore the area and was surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel like royalty. We even received two complimentary drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. the cozy room was equipped with everything we needed and had great views. this hotel exceeded our expectations and gave us a memorable experience.

Disliked the Limited Dinner Selection and Remote Beach

I had the most amazing experience at the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist my family during our stay. The hotel itself had a beautiful design and the rooms were clean and spacious. The swimming pools were well-maintained and the beach area was stunning. The location, although a bit secluded, was perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The Kids' Club was a great feature, allowing us to sign up our children for fun activities throughout the day. Additionally, the room service food was the best we had during our stay.
