The hotel offers a separate tower for suites, with amenities like a pool, jacuzzis, and a restaurant. Comfy beds were provided, and the professional GM listened to issues. The location is good, with transportation available nearby. Staff was attentive and ready to help.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the friendly staff at the front desk who were always willing to help. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served delicious food for lunch. Moreover, the hotel's key location near restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing options made it convenient for exploring the city.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room had single pane glass windows which did not block out the noise from the busy street outside, even with earplugs.

We spent New Year's Eve here and were impressed by the New Year's Eve party they organized for their guests. the complimentary champagne and hors d'oeuvres were a nice touch, and the fireworks view from the rooftop was breathtaking. the hotel's location is great near restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool area which was well-maintained and clean.

The noise levels were high, and we could hear everything going on in the hallways and nearby rooms. the rooms were outdated, and the beds were uncomfortable.
