The room, extraordinary bed. Outstanding bell hop service. Safe location, short ride to Poblado. Charming, comfortable, great view. Great shops, good restaurants nearby.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious and clean with a balcony, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. The pool was beautiful and the hotel had nice artwork. a great experience for a world traveler.

The hotel is in a nice and safe location, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed. The staff was exceptional, providing 5-star service and going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a world-class selection of food and the coffee was out of this world.

The hotel staff, including Walter, Elizabela, Cesar, and Rubiela. Despite the language barrier , they went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel's location was perfect - close enough to El Poblado for convenience, but far enough away to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the staff, including Walter, Julian, Cesar.

It was all superb.

The hotel was located in one of the best areas in Medellin and I felt safe walking around. The breakfast was tasty with lots of fresh options. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the TV had a great selection of channels. The hotel is well-located. I would recommend this hotel for its great value and pleasant experience.

I recently stayed at the lovely Hotel Dann Carlton Belfort for a short getaway. The Jr Suite room was spacious and had a luxurious shower. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The friendly and capable Front Desk, Bellman, Maid, Bartender, and Waitstaff made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the pool and gym were great amenities. The excellent breakfast, with fresh and well-presented food, was a highlight. Special mention goes to the head Bellman, who provided us with helpful tips and advice. We will definitely return.

During our city trip, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food. It was also great that breakfast was served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., allowing us to have a relaxed start to our day without rushing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the city.

There were a few aspects that we didn't find satisfactory. the room cleanliness was not up to par.

I was delighted to find a complimentary welcome drink waiting for me upon arrival at Belfort Hotel. The city view from the pool area is breathtaking and the food is delicious. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very strategic area of the city, on the outskirts of poblado, in the steep hills overlooking the city. The basic amenities offered in the rooms with a large bed and a tub for my honeymoon were fantastic. The room was kept clean by the housekeeping team and the breakfast had an extensive offering which was included in the reservation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely neighborhood overlooking the city. This place has amazing service, including 24-hour room service and a bell staff that was always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean with an in-room safe and air conditioning. I enjoyed sitting outside on my room's balcony and watching the sunset from the terrace. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The phone in my room had a habit of ringing on occasion with a recorded message in Spanish, which was a bit annoying. I recommend this venue for anyone visiting here.
