The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist you. The breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying. the pool area is well-maintained and a great place to relax and unwind.

There were some interruptions from beach vendors, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the convenience of having an Exito market directly across the street from the hotel. The beautiful beach location and the availability of free beach tents were a major plus. The staff, especially Maria Cristina at guest services, were friendly and professional. The swimming pool was very nice and the breakfast was decent.

One particular highlight was the attentive and well-trained waiter named Jose. my experience at Hotel Dann was delightful and I would definitely stay there again when I visit Cartagena.

Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, balcony, in-room safe.
