Great location, close to everything Centro has to offer. the staff was nice and helpful. the room was tidy and clean and the views from the room were great.

Every time I returned to the room, the room key card would not work. It was frustrating to have to keep going down to reactivate it.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming streets and historical sites. We felt secure with the locked front door, ensuring only guests could enter. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a balcony with a view of the Cathedral. The kitchen staff and maids were also exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved having a room with a balcony that overlooked the charming streets. the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options including yogurt, fruits, eggs, and more. the room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with amenities like a great shower and a huge comfortable bed.

The only downside was the unreliable Wi-Fi signal on the second floor. We had some difficulty connecting to the internet during our stay.

The hotel is in a key location, close to various attractions, making it easy to explore. Additionally, the staff provided excellent customer service and were always eager to assist.

The room had a strong paint smell due to recent renovations, which made it difficult to fully utilize the closet and shelves. the noise from the nearby rooftop bar/restaurant playing live music every night was disturbing, especially since the room blinds/drapes were not blackout curtains.

Perfectly located in the center of town, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very polite and kind. Breakfast had a variety of options including tropical fruits, cereal, ham and cheese, yogurts, juices. Early check-in was accommodated. Our room with a balcony facing the street was enjoyable and the rooftop area was a great place to relax and sunbathe.
