Great location, comfy beds, superb views, nice surroundings. Hot breakfast with typical items. Awesome staff. Excellent facilities and helpful employees who solve issues. Handicap room provided. Improvement noted about breakfast tables. Friendly and efficient reception staff - Luis and Angela. Modern, clean, and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for a visit to Duitama and surrounding areas.

Our stay at Best Western was superb. The beds were comfy and the views were breathtaking. We enjoyed walking in the beautiful surroundings. The hot breakfast had a great selection of items. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Found a comfy haven in the city with superb staff and views. the room was modern, pristine and I enjoyed every bite of the buffet breakfast. the hotel's location allowed easy access to everything the city had to offer.

The parking spaces were limited and the handicap space wasn't always available, despite the fact that it was known. There were issues with hot water on the last day, but everything else was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, with beautiful views and a pleasant surrounding area. The staff was amazing, always willing to help and solve any requests I had. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
