The hotel itself was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern decor. The rooftop pool was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views of the city. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the main square and close to a big supermarket.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. Plus, being able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we explored Tayrona National Park was a major bonus.

The wifi was quite slow, making it difficult to stream videos or use the internet for entertainment. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the most picturesque, with a lack of pleasant views.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent support with excursions. the breakfast was a real treat with fresh fruit and eggs made to order. the modern and fancy amenities made us feel like we were in a swanky miami apartment. the pools were cool and refreshing on hot days. we'll definitely be back!

The location of the hotel, although in the old town, offered a unique charm. While the surrounding neighborhood might not appeal to everyone, the mountains and ocean view from the third floor made up for it.

The staff was incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The beds were like sleeping on clouds after the Ciudad Perdida hike. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious. The only downside was that the room key didn't control all the electrical appliances. Oh well, minor detail!

We had an incredible stay at a luxurious apartment in the heart of Santa Marta. The room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, modernity, and comfort. Being just a short walk from the main strip and beach, we had easy access to all the bars and restaurants. The pools were never crowded, and we often had them all to ourselves. The rooftop pool and sitting area provided breathtaking views of the city at night. The receptionist's excellent English language skills made navigating the city and arranging transportation a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better downtown location.
